Hello, I am interested in your program, but I would like to get information about the dates and times zoom sessions. I don’t enjoy watching recordings, so I would not want to do it if my schedule would not allow me to participate in the sessions live. Could you please share the schedule? Thanks!
Yes, the dates are Tuesdays from 1/13 through 2/3 at 5pm PT/8pm ET.
Very excited to join your group. I’m eager to hear what you’ve learned in these past few years, since I was part of your group in 2021.
Since then, I have kept most of the weight off, but would like my set point to be about 4-5 pounds less. I can lose those pounds by doing a fasting mimicking diet, but they come right back. So, would like to stay at 126, but bounce up to 131. (Am 5’4.5”)
I’m also trying to up my aerobic time to 150 minutes a week and have additional nutrient needs due to macular degeneration.
Oh, and I am now a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, so I certainly appreciate the value of your coaching! See you Tuesday!
