Ingredients
  

  • 3 (14-oz)  cans low or no-salt added beans of any type 
  • 2 whole limes, juiced
  • 1/2 medium red onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp salt-free chili powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, stems removed

Directions
 

  • Combine everything into a medium mixing bowl. Toss to combine. Enjoy. Or allow to marinate for an hour or so in the fridge. It will last several days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
