ABOUT JULIEANNA HEVER

JulieAnna, known as The Plant-Based Dietitian®, is passionate about helping others thrive through the power of plant-based nutrition. With a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from UCLA and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Cal State Northridge, she combines her love for food, connection, and service to inspire transformation.

A Registered Dietitian and accomplished author, JulieAnna has penned nine books, including The Choose You Now Diet, The Healthspan Solution, Plant-Based Nutrition (Idiot’s Guide), and The Vegiterranean Diet. She has also authored two peer-reviewed journal articles on plant-based nutrition for healthcare professionals, published in the Journal of Geriatric Cardiology and the Permanente Journal.

JulieAnna’s career highlights include hosting the television talk show What Would Julieanna Do?, delivering a TEDx talk, serving as the nutrition columnist for VegNews Magazine, and teaching for the eCornell Plant-Based Nutrition Certification Program. She recently co-hosted The Choose You Now Podcast and Science and Saucery and appeared on shows such as The Dr. Oz Show, Harry, The Steve Harvey Show, E! News, Reluctantly Healthy, Facebook Watch’s Home Sweat Home, and The Marie Osmond Show. 

Currently, JulieAnna continues to share her expertise through speaking engagements, presentations, and one-on-one coaching and consulting. She’s also pursuing a new Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, broadening her ability to support clients in transforming their lives. Through her dedication to whole food, plant-based living, she empowers individuals to achieve their health and happiness goals, one bite at a time.

Julieanna specializes in weight loss, sports nutrition, as well as disease prevention, management, and reversal. She works with people across the lifespan (from infants to seniors) and with various health concerns and goals. Julieanna guides her clients through a transition to a healthy, whole food, plant-based diet, helping fulfill the goals of:
